YOUR EXCITING TASKS:

You will be responsible for approximately 25 employees, including training and work instructions, occupational safety, shift planning, and machine utilization planning.
You will have responsibility for all maintenance and repair work, coordinating with production planning and management, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility.
You will document shift and production processes and maintain constant communication with management.

YOUR IMPRESSIVE PROFILE:

You have successfully completed a technical education in metal construction, electrical engineering, locksmithing, or a similar field.
Ideally, you have previous experience in shift management or other areas of responsibility.
Experience with operating conveyor belts, sieves, or crushing technology is advantageous, but not mandatory.
You are willing to work in a shift system (3 shifts), which will be compensated with appropriate bonuses.
Most importantly, you have strong leadership skills and can motivate others you have either demonstrated this in your career or are looking to advance to a leadership position and can convince us in a personal interview.
