    Description

    This company's global footprint spans over four continents and diversified services within the clean & renewable energy arena have allowed for continued YoY growth.

    As the International Tax Manager, you will work with the tax team and play a key role in achieving company and investor tax objectives.

    You will report to the Tax Director and work from a beautiful office in downtown Chicago.
    S. international tax compliance matters, including review of all foreign entities' U.S. tax returns (Form 5471, 8865, and 8858) prepared by external tax
    Review foreign tax credit calculations and Form 1118
    S. country-by-country reporting, including coordination with our local offices for local notification filings
    Review Schedule K-2 and K-3 for complex partnership tax returns
    Manage all aspects of the international income tax provision (ASC 740)
    Oversee and support the Company's international offices for their in-country tax compliance
    Lead in managing Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), preparation and review of W-8, and global transfer pricing, including coordination with local offices
    Responsible for filling applications of U.Assist with process and technology improvement initiatives
    Manage business processes and/or projects, set priorities and measurable objectives, monitor and report on the process, progress, and results
    Works to enhance the organization's capabilities through effective team building, staffing, and development of others
    Manage and mentor junior staff to achieve business results
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or related field;
    ~5+ years of progressive tax experience with responsibilities listed above in a multinational company or professional firm
    ~ Proficiency with software and system applications (OneSource, Oracle, Excel, MS Word, etc.), and ability to learn internal applications
    ~ Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
