    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Support the internal tax function to ensure compliance with business tax requirements.

    Oversee day-to-day management of third-party tax providers and compliance processes for corporate and US funds, including federal, state, and city level taxes.

    Review all US tax returns for corporate/funds.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a relevant field; CPA certification is a plus. 4+ years of experience in either an in-house tax function or at a big 4 practice. Preferred experience in asset management. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative. Exceptional attention to detail and an investigative mindset. Team player capable of working effectively with colleagues across various levels in the organization and in multiple jurisdictions.


    MUST HAVE:
    4+ years of experience in either an in-house tax function or at a big 4 practice. Experience in asset management.

    Ability to oversee third-party tax providers and compliance processes for corporate and US funds, including federal, state, and city level taxes.
