- Manage a team of direct reports and collaborate with various stakeholders such as Business Unit Leaders, Customer Service, Territory Managers, Executive Management, and the Pricing Group.
- Build a strong commercial presence in the Public Power segment, drive a preferred specification position, and manage the execution/strategy with approved Channel partners externally.
- Lead the implementation of operational and sales strategies, working closely with other Regional Public Power leads and larger market resources.
- Achieve annual sales volume goals, drive growth, effectiveness, and future evolution in the Public Power business.
- Provide strategic direction to the South Central Region (TX, OK, AR, LA); evaluate regional business potential.
- Develop regional orders and sales plans, expand and improve the existing direct sales force.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources for performance measurement systems and network enhancement.
- Work on region-specific product strategies for high growth products that maximize sales and margins for Public Power customers.

A Day In The Life
Engineering/Business degree with an MBA is preferred. 5-10 years of business leadership and account development experience are required. Strong business leader, effective communicator, and advocate for overall growth. Above average presentation and analytical skills, must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
