- Schedule: 8 am-5:00 pm, Full-time
- Hospital: Dell Seton Medical Center
- Location: 1500 Red River St, Austin, TX
- Develop, implement and evaluate clinical program services and initiatives.
- Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks, prioritizes and coordinate work.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
- BSN preferred
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient wound and burn care preferred
