    **SIGNING BONUS

    • This position will accept either an (OT or PT) that is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of all onsite program services, including ergonomics for a Corporate Corporation. The OT or PT will work collaberatively with the Health & Safety Team to provide onsite injury prevention & ergonomic services. Will conduct employee evaluations and care of injured and non-injured workers onsite using a variety of standardized and industry approved methods. The OT or PT will make recommendations concerning symptom management, assess activity for risk reduction and worksite modifications (when necessary), and implement appropriate next-steps in the process.

    As an on-site clinical specialist, you provide unique interventions at various levels. Early identification of signs and symptoms prevents an injury from becoming disabling and reduces lost time, medical costs, stress, operational losses, and turnover.

    • Follow client protocols for providing onsite injury care and symptom management for work related and non-work related discomfort.
    • Provide worker education and awareness of ergonomics, posture, movement screens of the musculoskeletal system, fitness for job performance, and education on first aid and care of musculoskeletal injuries.
    • Provide ergonomic services such as office assessments, job evaluations, classes and assist with ergonomic projects.
    • Computer / Administration: Preparing reports, documenting daily visits, developing presentations, using web based applications
