    Job Description

    Are you a Physical Therapist who loves the mountains and the outdoors? A respected Physical Therapy Clinic in the heart of the Rocky Mountains is looking for a full-time, licensed Physical Therapist to join its team This clinic located in Garfield County, along the Colorado River, is an outpatient focused facility. With hiking, skiing, whitewater rafting and more on your doorstep; this is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the outdoors

    We want a Physical Therapist who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best treatment experience around, and someone who is ready to grow their career.

    Qualifications / Requirements for Physical Therapist:
    • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
    • Current Licensure for the practice of physical therapy in Colorado.
    • Experience is a plus but not required
    Position Summary for Physical Therapist:
    • Provide Physical Therapy to patients
    • Create Individualized Care Plans for each client
    • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
    • Grow relationships with staff and the community you support
    • Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
    • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
