    • All Patient Evaluations and Sessions are 1-to-1 for 40 minute appointments. This allows you to give the patient your full attention, and get your eval documentation done in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities
    • Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
    • Conduct evaluations to determine a root cause and starting point for each patient
    • Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their functional goals
    • Work closely with other members of each patients care team to provide adequate follow-up care
    • Maintain excellent records and follow up of patient therapy and progress
    Qualifications
    • Must hold the required state license for physical therapy
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfort with navigation and use of social media, G-suite, Google Chrome, and general technology
    • The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients
