    Job Summary
    Are you a physical therapist looking to join an amazing company? Look no further Marino Physiotherapy is currently seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our team in West Knoxville. Wouldn't you love to have state of the art amenities and 1-on-1 treatment time to help you serve your patients' needs? We offer aquatic therapy, an unweighted gait system, Blaze Pods reactivity trainers, Anodyne, and a Class IV 40W laser, as well as all tables are Cardon hi-lo tables to care for our manual therapists.

    What type of patients will I see?
    As a physical therapist on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients, from athletes to post-surgical patients to individuals with acute or chronic conditions.

    What kind of clinical experience should I have?
    The ideal candidate should have experience in evaluating, diagnosis, prognosis, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    If you get excited about learning and making professional gains in your skillset to become one of the best in the field, this may be a great fit for you We put our PTs through the APIRE OMT training system to get everyone COMT trained or higher.

    Responsibilities
    You will be responsible for creating and progressing treatment plans. The typical workload is roughly 3-5 evaluations per week, direct 1-1 care, and the ability to have all notes completed on-site to avoid the stress of taking them home, we use PROMPT EMR, another way we invest in improving work-life balance and ease of workload for our therapists. We also prefer that you work with the patients you evaluate for better outcomes. Continuity of Care is Key

    Qualifications
    • Must hold the required state license for physical therapy
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfort with Google Chrome, G-Suite, Social Media, and general technology
    • The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients
