Description

The Documentation Analyst is responsible for reviewing and approving Home Community Based Services (HCBS) and Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) progress notes.

The specialist will ensure that progress notes accurately and explicitly reflect the scope of service provided to the clients.

The specialist will ensure that the progress notes that are approved reflect compliance with regulatory requirements and represent the quality and efficiency of the care provided.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

One of the following NYS Professional License is required: LCSW /LMSW/ LMFT/ LMHC. Two (2) years of related experience required. A Valid, non-restricted driver's license is required.


Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week


License/Certification:

  • New York State non restricted driver license (required)
  • NYS LMFT, LMSW, LMHC (required)
