    Weekly pay and up to 80 hours of PTO per year


    Did you know that the state of VA has recently increased the reimbursement for home health nursing services by 62%? Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, provides Private Duty Nursing care to medically fragile children in Staunton, VA and need nurses like you to help make a tangible difference in our community.

    We offer 1:1 patient ratios, flexible scheduling, and both full time or part time hours.

    RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
