5,000 sign on for full-time
3p-11p (This shift is Monday - Friday and requires on call every 3rd weekend)

Each day at of our licensed healthcare centers throughout Virginia, our teams of caring and capable healthcare professionals provide competent, compassionate healthcare services that improve the quality of lives of those we serve.

Evaluate resident's needs through ongoing assessment and revises care plan based on changes in resident's condition.

Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care plans
Instruct individuals, families on topics such as health education, disease prevention, and develop health improvement programs.
Interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident's condition; Modify resident treatment plans as indicated by residents' responses and conditions.
Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in residents' conditions; Flexible Competitive Weekend Warrior Schedule
