- Prepares or assists with the preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules.
- Prepares or assists with the preparation of bank reconciliations.
- Assists with annual budget planning and preparation.
- Assists with monthly and quarterly scrubs of reserve accounts for home health and hospice.
- Assists with journal entry preparation and loading into Peoplesoft.
- Assists with testing system changes.
- Assists in the preparation of the company's current, quarterly and annual SEC filings.
- Assists in the preparation of internal management reporting.
- Analyzes information, develops practical and creative solutions to problems, determines project conclusions and recommendations and participates in the decision-making process as appropriate.
- Collaborates with team members to set goals and responsibilities. Contributes ideas/opinions, listens/responds to other team member's views.
- Keeps supervisor informed on status of projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Actively pursuing a bachelor's or a graduate degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
