Your Role:

As a PMO in Friday Harbor, WA, you will be part of Kyon's project management team and responsible for standardization and efficiency in multiple parallel battery storage projects - from planning to construction to commissioning and handover.

You will support all project managers and site managers across projects and actively contribute to the success of the energy transition towards a clean and independent energy supply.

Your Responsibilities:

You optimize processes and tools by developing standards and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within project management and across projects, managing interfaces with other teams.
You create standard requirements and uniform schemes for projects, build expertise within the team, and assist with documentation in project management and projects.
You support crossproject resource management and project pipeline planning in terms of utilization and coordination.
You create crossproject reports, monitor status regarding timelines and milestones, budgets and costs, profitability and efficiency, quality, and risks, and determine key performance indicators (KPIs).
You organize, moderate, and document meetings and retrospectives and communicate with service providers, grid operators, and authorities.
You collect improvement suggestions based on project experiences of project managers, derive optimization measures, and implement them (Important: This is about process optimization in projects, not products).

Your Profile:

You have a degree, ideally in a technical or natural science field, with an understanding of electrical engineering.
