We are currently looking for a Group Leader for the North America region (m/f/d) at our CLASSEN headquarters in Kaisersesch.


  • Distribution customers/retailers

Your tasks:

Supporting the sales team
Analyzing and managing product assortments and specific inventory levels
Collaborating with sales managers, technical teams, and product management to create new product listings
Managing external warehouses in the USA (deliveries and withdrawals) including monthly inventory
Communicating and maintaining relationships with customers and representatives
Cost management and calculations
Sales analysis
Creating new customer accounts internally and externally
Monitoring the handling of complaints
Organizing and conducting regular telephone conferences
Supporting the development of new customers/business areas
Reporting to the management team
Assisting with customer meetings
