    RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS

    Communicate all aspects of contact requirements to staff.

    Submit all reports to DHS on a weekly basis and upon request.

    Coordinates and supervises activities of direct reporting staff.

    Provides direct supervision of case managers and housing specialists.

    Performs periodic reviews of case management files.

    Conducts weekly client progress review meeting with staff.

    Implements quality assurance procedures to ensure appropriate service delivery.

    Prepares reports and information as required.

    Provides program oversight and supervision in the absence of the Program Director.

    Additional duties and responsibilities as determined by the Program Director.

    PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    Excellent and demonstrated writing ability.

    Knowledge of community resources

    Strong assessment, direct practice, counseling, supervision, community outreach, group leadership and program development experience preferred.

    Ability to work some evenings and occasional weekends as needed.

    Bachelor's degree with social services experience.

    Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.

    Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and efficient.

    Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database management skills

SEBCO developed one of the first Section 8 Projects in the United States right here in the South Bronx. SEBCO's basic mission is to develop and maintain affordable housing in the Bronx and provide supportive services and security to our residents and the entire neighborhood.
    SEBCO has two new ground up construction projects in the pipeline as well as several refinancing of current developments that are in progress currently. SEBCO also sponsors three (3) DHS homeless shelters and a DFTA lunch program for senior citizens as well as an NPP grant. SEBCO and its staff are committed to improving the local community through development and investment not only in the properties but also in the people who work and live in our developments.
