    Family Medicine Physician Partner

    Less than 2 hours to Chicago

    • Opportunity to partner with a health-oriented, direct-access, membership-driven primary care clinic
    • Set your own work schedule, Monday to Friday, with a mix of in-person and virtual options
    • See an average of 8 patients daily - giving you the chance to truly nurture your doctor/patient relationships
    • No on-call duties
    • Initial compensation support provided as you build your patient base - transitioning to a 50/50 profit-sharing arrangement
