    Wellness Sales Representative in Oak Lawn, Illinois

    Are you passionate about wellness and eager to make a difference? Join our dynamic team to help lead patients and communities towards optimal health and wellness!

    We are looking for individuals with charisma to drive patient acquisition growth through engaging prospective patients at wellness screening events held at various venues.

    Chiro One Wellness Centers, part of TVG-Medulla, LLC, is a rapidly growing chiropractic care organization with over 130 clinics nationwide. Our centers offer non-invasive, drug-free chiropractic care to thousands of patients monthly.

    In this role, you will receive a competitive salary along with a fantastic monthly bonus opportunity based on performance. Total compensation averages $70,000 annually with unlimited potential! Additionally, Wellness Sales Representatives benefit from a monthly travel allowance.

    As part of our team, you will undergo comprehensive sales training, continuous education, and work alongside over 30 dedicated team members who share a passion for helping others and advancing their careers.

    We provide a range of benefits including Medical, Dental, 401k, complimentary Chiropractic Care, PTO, and Company Holidays.

    Responsibilities as a Wellness Sales Representative:

    • Organize wellness screening events and workshops to educate attendees on spinal health and the benefits of chiropractic care
    • Utilize effective discovery and rapport-building techniques to engage potential clients
    • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to acquire new patients
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

    Qualified Candidates Should Have:

    • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C
    • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
    • Experience in Health and Wellness field is a plus
    • Being bilingual is an advantage
