    What you will be doing:
    • Works as a part of the property management team to develop and deliver departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
    • Answers, screens and directs incoming calls, assists with tenant and vendor customer service via over the phone support or by on-site tenant visits.
    • Track tenant issues utilizing established database and/or tracking mechanisms.
    • Follow up on tenant and vendor requests in a timely fashion to ensure needs are being met and work was performed at a satisfactory level.
    • Set up, organize and maintain files and database records for all site agreements, monitor pending real estate files, obtain, prepare and maintain real estate documentation.
    • Generate and dispatch work orders for completion by vendors.
    • Run, review and distribute various weekly and monthly customer service reports for manager.
    • Tracks certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors.
    • When necessary, prepare correspondence for insurance issues.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    What you will bring along:
    • High School Education or higher and four or more years of experience in real estate
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
    • mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles and to understand operating budgets.
    • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Uses computer and phone for work order system, email, and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
