- Assemble complex mechanical components and subassemblies
- Continuous Improvement: Verify the correctness of parts and materials prior to or during assembly.
- Record and document all assembly and inspection activities.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of safety awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and materials used.
- Communicate effectively to report progress and issues related to assembly tasks.
- Ensure the proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment used in assembly.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must have excellent eye-hand coordination, good dexterity to assemble small parts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
