Description
Mega Power Systems, a leading manufacturer of test switches for the Utility Power Industry, has a great opportunity for a full-time entry-level Mechanical Assembler at our Chino, CA facility.
- Ability to perform assembly work of small metal parts and assembly of parts into small plastic housings.
- Ability to operate a variety of hand, air, electric tools and riveting machine.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.
- Other projects as assigned by Management.
- Minimum of 1 year experience of mechanical work
- Warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to assemble, open, cut, stack and carry (up to but does not limit 50lb) boxes.
- Ensuring all goods are packed properly for shipping.
- Ensure that all job standards are met daily.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to take direction and follow through.
- Ability to work in teams and with various levels of management and personnel.
- Ability to adapt to all departments of the warehouse operations.
- Miscellaneous warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area.
- Must have one year experience.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
