Description

The district of Neunkirchen is seeking to fill the position of ENGINEER (M/F/D) for supply engineering, technical building equipment and building technology, to be deployed in the area of energy management and construction, within the County Building Department.

This is a full-time, permanent position (39 hours/week) that can also be filled by part-time employees, as long as flexibility in working hours and coordination between part-time employees is ensured.

The position is classified in pay group 11 according to the collective agreement for public service (TVöD) and may include a specialist allowance.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating and managing construction, maintenance and repair measures, particularly in the area of technical building equipment
Assisting with energy management and monitoring
Developing and managing building control technology
Participating in maintenance and inspection work for technical building equipment
Coordinating and managing construction projects and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
