We are currently seeking a Residential Area Manager (m/f/d) for the Evangelical Senior Center Emmaus-Haus, located at Eisenhartstraße 14-17 in 14469 Potsdam, to start as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time based on 40 hours/week.

Our Evangelical Senior Center offers full-time care, as well as short-term and respite care, with a total of 69 residential care places and two short-term care facilities.

In addition, we have 39 places available for assisted living. The center was inaugurated in 1926 and extensively renovated in 2000. It is located near the Potsdam city center with its numerous shopping and strolling opportunities. The "Neuer Garten" is also just a few minutes away.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the quality of care and providing specialized care for the elderly residents.
  • Leading and supervising a team of caregivers.
