- Accurately input financial data into QuickBooks and other relevant software.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records. Ensure all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure data organization and consistency.
- Enter invoices, receipts, and other financial documents into QuickBooks.
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and handling correspondence.
- Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- General proficiency in QuickBooks and computer skills are necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
- Experience with filing and document management systems.

Opportunity
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Finance department temporarily, for 4-6 hours a day. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, be proficient in QuickBooks, and have experience with filing and document management. This role is critical in supporting our in-office finance team with accurate and timely data input and organization.
