    Description
    Responsible for providing individual counseling and team services for young people who are eligible for FEP Services
    97 per hour commensurate with experience
    Prior experience working with youth with mental illness and their families is preferred. In addition, the candidate will have a flexible schedule. Must have strong documentation and clinical writing skills. Bilingual/ bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, supervisory experience, and knowledge of EBP models preferred.
    Works with each young person referred for services on Individual Resiliency Training and other EP required EBPs.
    Oversees the implementation of the treatment and recovery plan.
    Provides family education and training as appropriate.
    Participates in weekly supervision.

    Provide ongoing safety assessment, planning and on-call crisis support that includes joining rotation of clinicians providing on-call telephonic support, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

    Conduct collateral contact with third parties on behalf of youth and family.

    These can occur through face-to-face meetings, by phone, email, or other technology and/direct observation with school staff, pediatricians, or other formal or informal services and supports to the youth and their family.

    Coordinate services to assure that they are integrated and clinically coherent across all treatment providers and supports to the youth.
