    Description
    Senior Operations Analyst Contract Duration 6+ Months


    Job Description:
    • Responsible for processing daily transactions within the department and providing operational support to internal business partners and Clients.
    • Mentoring and coaching assistance to ensure day-to-day functions are carried out in compliance with policies and procedures.


    Responsibilities:

    • Settlement of all FX-related transactions (incoming/outgoing wires, MCA FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, standing wire, exotics).
    • Adherence to Bank policies and procedures for Risk analysis of trades/wires, including OFAC and Dodd-Frank regulations, and delivery of post-trade confirmations.
    • Handling FX-related pre and post-payment inquiries, working with Wire Investigations and R&R teams.
    • Maintaining relationships with internal teams such as FX Sales/Trading/Relationship, IT Support, Legal/Compliance/Risk/Fraud departments.
    • Cross-training across departmental functions and collaborating with internal clients to address any issues.
    • Recommendations for potential process enhancements and involvement in special projects assigned by management.
    • Participation in meetings, coaching sessions, and other assigned duties.

    Required Education and Experience:
    High School Diploma or Equivalency PLUS 3-5 years of related professional experience (banking/financial services industry or customer service)

    OR 5-7 years of overall experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred and considered as 1-2 years of overall experience.
