- Provides administrative and secretarial support services to an Executive Leader of the Health System.
- Processes correspondence and information received.
- Manages the flow of information through letters memos filing systems faxe-mail and telephone.
- Maintains the schedule and calendar for the Executive Leader of UVA Health System.
- Coordinates with necessary staff and external contacts ensuring that events and meetings are facilitated in an effective manner.
- Performs overall office management include purchasing of all equipment and office supplies and day to day management of the Departmental budget.
- Assists in the development of Departmental policies and procedures.
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma.
Experience:
Five years experience in administrative support role.
Licensure:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
