    Description

    Role Description

    The Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks in support of the HR Manager and HR Director.

    • Assist with recruiting including job postings, offer letters, background checks, and interview scheduling, candidate engagement.
    • Upload and oversee employee files in HRIS
    • Administrative tasks in support of benefits and leaves including paperwork and processing within HRIS
    • Provide support for new employees such as onboarding and acting as POC; fielding questions and concerns for new hires
    • Process paperwork for terminations and offboarding
    • Administrative tasks, providing support for executives as needed

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources (in a previous HR Assistant or Coordinator role)
    • Strong foundational HR knowledge
    • Impeccable and meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Experience and/or ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
    • Experience using an HRIS, (Paycom experience is a plus)
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • HR certification is a plus
