About the role:
The
Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for leading the development and execution of all Human Resources initiatives and programs for a broad area of business (corporate and multiple locations).
We seek a passionate leader that ensures our HR programs and services are developed and delivered with our unique fast-paced team culture in mind.
This position serves as a consultative business partner and promotes a customer-focused culture that emphasizes human leadership, team engagement and accountability for high performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Set and implement a long-term vision of HR processes and systems and solid delivery models
Develop and implement a Human Resources leadership plan centered around our strategic business plan; anticipate and respond to changing business needs
Serve as a change advocate on company-wide strategies and initiatives
Provide day-to-day support and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations matters, employee queries, follow up on compliance for employee programs, craft job descriptions and facilitate employee onboarding
Counsel and provide guidance to employees and all levels of management regarding employee or management issues, guided by company's policies, procedures, applicable laws, or legislation
Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders, managers, and employees around all aspects of performance management including feedback, goal setting, and compensation planning
Identify and deliver integrated workforce and talent strategies
Understand external environment and trends, and diagnose internal needs to develop insightful people plans
What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of Human Resources experience with proven results, including at least 8 years of Human Resources leadership experience.
Ability to quickly build strong relationships at all levels to develop and influence strategic initiatives.
High level of initiative with the ability to lead a dispersed team in prioritizing, case management, managing ambiguity, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
Up to $275,000.00 per year
