    Popular Commercial Lending Group (PCLG) is a nationwide Commercial, Multifamily, Hospitality, and Agricultural lending platform that specializes in loans ranging from $1-500 million including private debt bridge loans and institutional permanent loans.

    Popular's sister company, Popular Ag Finance (PAF) is presently seeking a state of Idaho agricultural loan VP of Agricultural Lending with the ability to build a Idaho sales team.

    PAF also seeks to hire experienced relationship managers (RM's) currently working in the agricultural lending sector. The company is based in Utah and has a growing presence across the United States.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a VP of Agricultural Lending and Relationship Managers located in Twin Falls, ID, or other areas in Idaho with flexibility for some remote work. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, developing relationships with new clients, and ensuring that clients' needs are met. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing loan packages, and recommending lending solutions that best fit clients' needs.

    Qualifications

    • Strong customer service, sales, and relationship management skills
    • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare loan packages
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in agricultural lending 3-5 years minimum
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
