The Maywood County Office is looking for a Controlling Officer (f/m/d) under the code number 101/2023/DI in the Finance and Service Department for the Central Real Estate Management Office on a full-time basis

Salary classification:
Grade 9a TVöD-VKA

Employment duration:
temporary (to cover maternity leave and expected parental leave)

Start of employment:
as soon as possible.

Your main tasks include:

Controlling and processing control
Monitoring and management of the budget for investment maintenance measures and investments
Controlling in real estate management
Requesting, preparing and evaluating data
Invoice processing
Administrative processing of the specialized program SPARTACUS
Module setup
Maintenance of master data
Control and revision of updates and interfaces

Our expectations:

Successfully completed training for the middle administrative service with proven business knowledge or
Successfully completed recognized commercial training, preferably as a certified accountant or certified business economist
Solid current PC skills, especially MS Office, SPARTACUS and H&
