Group Controller/ Financial Controller (m/f/d)

with potential for CFO
We are currently seeking a Group Controller/ Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join our team at Clear Lake, WI.

Your responsibilities will include:

Financial management of the Pfannenberg Group, including income statement, balance sheet, liquidity, and responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Controlling responsibilities (including plant, project, and overhead controlling)
Contributing to the medium and longterm company planning and strategy:
Supporting the implementation and strengthening of the Pfannenberg Group
Identifying and developing M&A potentials, as well as managing the commercial integration of inorganic growth
Analyzing deviations and identifying areas for action, initiating corresponding measures
Developing financial and controlling structures, processes, and KPI systems to support datadriven company management
Conducting internal audits

Your qualifications:

University degree in economics with strong commercial knowledge or commercial training with additional studies, combined with operational experience as a Group Controller
Ideally, professional experience in management consulting/ auditing or as a commercial manager in a mediumsized environment
Experience in group consolidation
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, implementation strength, cost awareness, and a pragmatic approach
High selfmotivation, strong commitment, and assertiveness
Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and communication skills with a high affinity for numbers
Profound knowledge in controlling, accounting, legal, and HR
