As a **Client Solution Advisor** at **PNC Private Bank**, located in Akron, OH, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and advisors, handling client servicing and administrative requests across various PNC Private Bank products and services including Banking, Investment, and Fiduciary. Additionally, you will collaborate with Advisors and Leaders on client-related activities. This role involves implementing intricate new products/services for clients, analyzing requirements, and managing deliverables to ensure successful implementation and ongoing relationship management, with a focus on enhancing the client experience. You will work closely with Advisors, Middle Office, and Operations teams to fulfill service requests, aligning with our goal of enhancing client-centricity and delivering a top-tier, seamless client experience. - Implements complex new products and services for clients, conducts requirements analysis, and gathers deliverables to complete implementation. - Leverages industry knowledge to identify sales opportunities and collaborates with clients and service partners to utilize data for product/service customization. - Acts as a project manager, coordinates implementation work, and analyzes, assesses, and documents client requirements. - Manages multiple complex implementations simultaneously, leads stakeholder meetings, maintains project documentation, and provides progress reports. - Acts as an escalation point, independently resolves implementation and support issues, and ensures positive client experiences. - Expands as a team subject matter expert, coaches staff and clients, manages team communications, participates in special projects, and develops training materials for service partners and clients. Requirements: - Various competencies including Customer Relationship Management, Effective Communications, Decision Making, Flexibility, Problem Management, Sales Support, and more. - University degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience. **PNC** boasts a strong reputation, and we value integrity and continuous improvement.
