- Stretch the bed linen and leave top folded for guest to sleep (Change sheets upon request)
- Place turndown chocolate by guest pillow
- Tidy the guests' personal belongings (i.e. clothing, shoes, toiletries, etc.)
- Clean and/or vacuum floors when necessary
- Remove used towels and trash
- Replenish amenities
- Emergency clean up
- Providing additional requested amenities or furnishings
- Communicate with guests regarding directions, providing descriptions of hotel amenities and facilities
- 5:00pm-9:30pm
- Must be available Sunday - Saturday & all holidays
- Housekeeping experience in hotel or professional work environment preferred.
- One year consecutive work history showing dependability& commitment to the job, OR
- If a candidate has no work history within the past year, dependability and commitment can be demonstrated through non-paid activity or involvement such as school, extracurricular activities or volunteering.
- Satisfactory performance and attendance with 5 or less absences per year.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal & external customers.
- Ability to quickly solve and respond to problems

- Must work independently
- Must be flexible
- Must have a neat & clean appearance
- Must be able to perform all phases of cleaning.
- Ability to handle pressure & deadlines.
