What you can expect from the program:
- You will have a full-time position and gain hands-on financial skills while collaborating with experienced and international teams across our Business Units and Corporate function.
- Over the course of two years, you will have four rotations, some of which may be remote, in areas such as Internal Audit, Plant Controlling, FP&A, or Project Controlling, providing you with a fast track into the world of finance at TE Connectivity.
- As part of our commitment to developing young and talented employees, you will have access to formal and informal training to enhance your business and soft skills. A senior leader will serve as your mentor to guide your career path.
- You will have an unlimited contract based on the labor laws of the country where you are employed. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a key finance position at one of our European locations.
Who we are looking for:
- You have recently graduated with a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
