    Job Description

    As a Family Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective residents and their families through the process of senior living. This is not just a sales position; it's a calling to support and assist individuals in making important decisions during their golden years.

    Responsibilities

    The role encompasses:

    Sales

    • Assist prospective residents and families in determining the best options to meet their needs
    • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
    • Provide leadership to the sales team

    Marketing

    • Organize and execute marketing events to benefit the local community and engage with residents

    Qualifications

    • Preferred: 2+ years of senior living sales experience; open to candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, property management, hotel management, or event sales
    • Degree in business, business administration, public relations, communications, sales, marketing, or related field
    • Demonstrated success in previous roles
    • Outgoing and personable demeanor
    • Passion for working with seniors
