We are a young IT startup located in Heidelberg. Currently, we distribute our reservation system for the gastronomy industry nationwide and actively seek young, dynamic support for our team


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting cold calls to acquire new customers and sell products and services
  • Identifying customer needs and providing advice on suitable products and services
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Achieving sales targets and regularly reporting on sales activities and results
  • Collaborating with other departments, particularly the marketing team, to align sales strategies and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and cold calling via telephone
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable products or services

  • Goaloriented and experience in achieving sales targets
  • Good knowledge of common office software programs
  • Selfmotivation and discipline to work effectively without direct supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills to track and document sales activities and results
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and other departments.
