    Description
    The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our facility and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be an excellent communicator with a professional presentation. They will work closely with the team to identify target markets and develop campaigns to reach those markets. The Marketing Director will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
    Work closely with sales team to identify target markets and develop campaigns to reach those markets
    Manage marketing budget and track effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
    Manage and mentor marketing team members
