    At Oyler Hines in Cincinnati, OH, we are seeking a passionate Marketing Director to join our innovative team.

    From developing strategic marketing plans to overseeing digital campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's success.

    With a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, we offer a dynamic work environment where your expertise will be recognized and rewarded.

    This is a full-time position, with the majority of the hours on-site at the Oyler Hines office.

    Oyler Hines offers paid holidays and vacation, a flexible work schedule, and a 401K matching program after one year of employment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development
    • Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including email marketing and digital advertising efforts
    • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product offerings
    • Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing
    • Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns
    • Strong digital marketing skills
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills
    • US work authorization
