    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Are you a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a rewarding opportunity in a school-based setting? We are actively looking for an RBT to join our team in the New Milford areafor the remainder of the23/24 school year, with potential for renewal. As an RBT, you will work with students from kindergarten to 12th grade, providing essential behavioral support.

    Qualifications:

    • RBT certification
    • Experience working with K-12 students
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
    • Collect and record data on student behavior
    • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents
    • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment


    Details:

    • RBT's(2 needs)
    • ASAP start - EOSY
    • Monday-Friday
    • Normal day: 8:30am-3:30pm
    • Van riding included for 1 position
    • Van rider hours: approx 7:15am-4:15pm
