We are looking for a Shift Leader (m/f/d) Production / Career changers welcomeWhat awaits you

Team-oriented, goal-oriented leadership and development of operational employees
Development and implementation of measures to optimize processes, productivity and cost efficiency
Resource planning (personnel, machines, equipment)
Ensuring optimal workflow organization / administration
Enforcement and control of regulations and quality guidelines
Preparation and execution of certifications and internal audits

Our requirements

Successfully completed training (preferably technical)
First leadership experience as a foreman in a medium-sized company in the service sector
Willingness to work shifts
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
Quick adaptability to new situations
Good computer skills, especially MS Office
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Communicative, committed, quick comprehension, persuasive
Enjoy working with colleagues and employees
