new employees (m/f/d) for the coaching and customer service department to support us in coaching, consulting, and assisting our over 400 clients in our online programs.


We are the fastest growing consulting company for self-employed women based in Berlin. What do we do?

Sales by Women is a traditional consulting company with a focus on self-employed women in the service sector.

We specialize in consulting, coaching, and training and help our clients build a values-based and sustainable business. As part of our team, you will receive comprehensive training from A to Z - including training in positioning, pricing, packaging, branding, and brand building.

Your tasks with us:

  • Onboarding new clients into our online coaching programs
  • Daily telephone contact and written group support for our clients' questions
  • After training, you will be able to answer all contentrelated questions about our coaching programs
  • You provide individual advice to our clients on topics such as positioning, pricing, package offers, branding, and brand building.
  • You also support the organization of trips, trade fairs, seminars, etc.
  • Preparation and/or implementation of our live calls with clients
  • You develop customized solutions to make their businesses stand out even more in the market.
  • Together with our team, you understand the needs of our clients and develop great strategies.
  • You assist in the implementation of marketing strategies.
  • And you ensure that our clients feel well taken care
