JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate Content Strategist to join our rapidly growing team (on-site or remote) in an immediate opportunity for a full-time position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to our Chief Strategy Officer, you will collaborate with a cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, analytics, SEO, and technical teams, bringing consumer experience insights and content creation best practices and principles to life.
This position creates relevant and compelling content aligned to consumer interests and search behavior and distributes content that drives traffic.
Own and manage content strategy and calendar creation to ensure content that is strategically aligned to generating awareness, interest across both B2B and B2C businesses.
Conducting customer, competitor, and product research to identify stories, themes, and initiatives to highlight content strategies and opportunities laddering up to objectives.
Building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)Working across client and internal teams to craft appropriate content – including web, SEO, sales & marketing, social and more in support of client content marketing programs.

Identifying optimization opportunities across marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Creating monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, recommendations, and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics
WHO YOU ARE
Minimum of 5-7 years relevant work experience with content strategy, inbound marketing, digital channels, with B2C and B2B marketing experience
Experience with successfully launching multiple integrated campaigns where content strategy directly influenced the concept(s)
Knowledgeable in all social platforms and content best practices, including TikTok, and easily adaptable & eager to master emerging platforms
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable and confident leading cross department teams, brainstorms, and projects forwards
Experience with audience targeting, conversion rate optimization, AB testing
