Your tasks

Installation, commissioning, and support of Unify systems OpenScape Voice
Installation and support of applications such as CTI, ACD, UC, UCC
Handling of incidents and MAC in a remote environment
Processing and updating of system documentation
Participation in on-call duty

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the IT and communication technology sector (e.g. electronics technician for information and communication technology, IT specialist, IT system electronics technician, or equivalent)
Knowledge and experience in the installation, commissioning, and service of
