- Identify staffing needs within our practice sites.
- Establish and maintain the database of physician and mid-level candidates, sourcing, cold calling, conducting candidate interviews, contract negotiations and reference checks.
- Work proactively with credentialing staff to ensure that all of the provider's credentials are complete and ready for scheduling.
- Support the Special Projects Coordinator with event planning and execution.
- Create and maintain mass outreach programs to build candidate pool.
- Manage on-line job board outreach and develop ad campaigns within those platforms.
