    Responsibilities

    This position will support the Clinical Recruiting team
    They will work closely with this team to build the candidate pool and complete projects or tasks as a team
    Identify staffing needs within our practice sites
    Establish and maintain the database of physician and mid-level candidates, sourcing, cold calling, conducting candidate interviews, contract negotiations and reference checks
    Work proactively with credentialing staff to ensure that all of the provider's credentials are complete and ready for scheduling
    Support the Special Projects Coordinator with event planning and execution
    Create and maintain mass outreach programs to build candidate pool
    Manage on-line job board outreach and develop ad campaigns within those platforms

    Job Description:
