    Data Entry Clerk Position at Diaz Consulting



    We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Diaz Consulting. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be in charge of accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our logistics operations.



    Job Details:

    • Salary Range: $38,500 - $50,450 per year
    • Job Type: Full-time


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input data from various sources into company databases and software.
    • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Maintain and update records, ensuring they are current and complete.
    • Perform regular data quality checks and audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
    • Generate reports and extract relevant data as needed by the management and operations teams.
    • Assist with the preparation of documentation and materials for logistics processes.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve data management practices and procedures.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


    Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
    • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
    • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently and accurately.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
