    Marketing Strategy:

    Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement in the utilities and electronics sector.

    # Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing insights to inform marketing and product strategies.

    # Brand Management:

    Define and communicate the company's brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

    # Digital Marketing:
    Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, content development, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
    # Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and marketing initiatives.
    # Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing and product strategies with overall company objectives.

    # Performance Tracking:
    Monitor and analyze marketing and product performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
    # Build and lead a high-performing marketing and product management team, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in marketing and product management roles, with a focus on the utilities and/or electronics industry.

    Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs in the utilities and electronics sector.
    Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and product launches.
    Experience managing digital marketing channels and campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a marketing and product management team.
