- Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan for Athletics revenue generation, including management of corporate sponsorships, ticket operations, marketing, media rights, and all other operating and non-operating revenue.

- Lead various units and initiatives within Athletics, including corporate sponsorships,
- Serve on the senior leadership staff of the Department of Athletics and provide input
- Support mission and vision of The Cardinal Athletic Fund, as well as that of Lamar
- Responsible for the performance, development, and professional growth of all direct
- Serve as a sport administrator for assigned sport(s).

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Proven track record with building and maintaining positive professional relationships with various corporate sponsorships and stakeholders.
- Proven experience and success in finding innovative and creative opportunities to engage multiple constituencies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop revenue generation strategies and plans, goal setting, monitors and follows through effectively.
- Ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds and promote a collaborative work environment.

About This Role:
The Sr. Associate Athletic Director for Revenue Generation reports directly to the Director of Athletics.
