Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our hospitality operations.

The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Must be a fast mover and a motivator


Duties:

• Oversee daytoday operations of the restaurant, including staff management, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Must be able to adapt and have an anything goes attitude.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Ensure highquality guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
• Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including food preparation, Time execution, and catering services
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide training opportunities
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff members
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Skills:

• Strong background in hospitality management, including experience in coffee operations, culinary arts, and restaurant management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff members
• Proficient in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Exceptional problemsolving skills
• Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
