    Position Summary


    Empower is in pursuit of a dynamic Director of Total Rewards, a role that extends far beyond traditional compensation and benefits management.

    This position is about innovation, leadership, and strategic vision in creating a total rewards philosophy that resonates with Empower's mission to deliver quality, affordable medication.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Oversee

    the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity compensation.
    Lead

    the evaluation,

    selection

    , and administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other fringe benefits

    ensuring they are cost-effective, compliant, and meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
    Stay

    informed

    of

    industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Partner

    with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to design and manage executive compensation programs

    including salary, bonuses, and stock options ensuring

    Experience and Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

    , Business Administration, Finance, or related field;

    Master's

    degree preferred.
    Minimum of

    10

    years of progressive experience in total rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and executive compensation.
    Minimum of

    2

    years

    in a

    leadership role directing

    , developing, and

    evaluating the performance of direct reports.
    Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation preferred.
    E

    xperience

    in pharmaceutical

    or

    healthcare

    industry preferred
